Do you deliver to my country?

Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free to anywhere in the world, it is included in the price of the product you have purchased. Import duties may need to be paid as extra on receipt, please check the import duties for your country.

How is my order sent?

All physical orders are sent through the Royal Mail via London using first class post. Download and streaming orders are delivered through your account page on our website.

What tracked shipping methods do you offer?

For UK and International orders we also have a tracked and signed for delivery option for an extra cost. If you select this and the shipping address is within the UK, your order will be sent as Next Day delivery. If you select this option and the shipping address is outside of the UK your order will be sent as an International Signed for item, you will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We also offer a FedEx courier shipping option. This will be tracked the whole way and will require a signature on delivery. Shipping times on FedEx items are a lot quicker than standard delivery times. FedEx shipping costs vary depending on weight and shipping address, the cost is worked out when you enter your shipping address.

How do I change my account information?

You can easily change the name and/or email address linked to your account, or change your password by logging into your account and going to the “Account Information” area.

I bought this as a gift, how do I give the streaming access to the person I bought this for?

If you have bought a course as a gift for someone and you want to give them access to their streaming and downloadable version of the course there are two options.

The first thing is to hand over your account on our site to them. Do this by simply logging into your account and going to the “Account Information” area. Here you can change the name, email address and password linked with the account. This does mean however that everything in your account will be handed over to them and you will no longer have an account.

If you already have products in your account and you do not want to hand over the whole account, please contact us and will be able to move the desired products to a new account for them.

How do I access my downloads and streaming?

All of your videos are available to watch instantly when you log onto your account on our website. Simply go to the "My Course Videos" page in your account to start viewing your streaming course straight away.

To download your course please go to the "My Course Videos" page and select the course you want to download from the icons along the top of the page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "All chapters and download" options. Then simply follow the directions on screen. Your downloads are available for one year.

How long do I have access to my Streaming and Downloadable content?

You have access to your streaming and downloadable content for three years from your date of purchase. You can also download your training during this period and once you have downloaded your training, it's yours to keep forever. During this period you can watch the streaming videos as many times as you like and from any device, as long as you are connected to the internet.

My order has not arrived?

If you have not received your order in the post, please make sure that the order you placed was for a physical DVD and not a streaming and download only course. It is unusual for an order to get lost in the post but it can happen. If you did order a DVD and you have not received it, you must inform us within 10 weeks of your order being dispatched. We will endeavour to resolve the situation as soon as we are notified of a missing order. If you are concerned about the postal service in your country, you might prefer to choose a ‘tracked’ service option at checkout.

How do I view my 30 bonus videos?

All you have to do is log into your account on our site and go to the “My Course Videos" page. 

How do I access my bonus content?

If you are expecting bonus videos with your order, you will find these in your account on our website under the “My Course Videos" section.

If you are expecting any other bonus material (such as lighting diagrams, actions or documents), these will be automatically emailed directly to you within one working day of your order.

Is there a discount for purchasing more than one DVD?

Yes. We have several deals running on our sites. (www.karltaylorphotography.co.uk/photography-tips-dvds.htm). We cannot offer any other deals for different combinations of DVDs. The deals that are on display on our sites are the only deals we have available.

When will I receive my test paper?

If you have purchased a test paper, you will receive an e-mail with instruction on how to sit the on-line test. This test is based on the knowledge that you will obtain from our Complete Photography Masterclass course. We recommend that you watch the entire course and wait a few months to sit the test. This is to give you time to watch all of the courses, digest the information and put what you have learnt into practice before taking the test. Once you have taken the test paper you will be sent a certificate in the post with your score on it.

Does my certificate come framed?

Unfortunately no. The certificate will be sent on its own.

Will the DVD play in my region and what format is it?

We produce our DVDs region free so they are not restricted. We also produce our DVDs in the NTSC format for North America, Japan and the Philippines and in PAL format suitable for the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and most of Asia. Prior to shipping we check the requested destination of the order and ship the correct format as necessary so you don’t need to worry about it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

1) Online using our secure checkout using a debit or credit card
2) Over the phone using a debit or credit card
3) Through paypal either by using a debit or credit card or sending an echeque
4) A cheque in the post (please note cheques have to clear before we will send out the order)

I'm afraid that we can not accept bank transfers or COD.

Can you offer any deals on the Karl Taylor Photography Apps available through the App Store?

Unfortunately we cannot offer any deals on the Apps as they are run by a partner company.

If I buy the DVDs, can I get the Apps for free to download too?

Unfortunately not, the Apps are run by a different company and not by ourselves directly. If you would like the Apps and the DVDs they would have to be purchased separately.

What language are the DVDs available in?

All our DVDs are available in English only.
