Do you deliver to my country?
Yes, we deliver anywhere in the world
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free to anywhere in the world, it is included in the price of the product you have purchased. Import duties may need to be paid as extra on receipt, please check the import duties for your country.
How is my order sent?
All orders are sent through the Royal Mail via London using first class post.
What tracked shipping methods do you offer?
For UK and International orders we also have a tracked and signed for delivery option for an extra £5. If you select this and the shipping address is within the UK, your order will be sent as Next Day delivery. If you select this option and the shipping address is outside of the UK your order will be sent as an International Signed for item, you will be emailed a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We also offer a FedEx courier shipping option for an extra £25. This will be tracked the whole way and will require a signature on delivery. Shipping times on FedEx items are a lot quicker than standard delivery times.

How do I unlock all 30 bonus videos?
When your order arrives you will find a support website address and unique code inside which you need to register on either our Pro Support Site (for Advertising, Product & Still Life DVD only) or our Masterclass Support Site (for all other DVDs).
Once you have registered you will have access to all bonus material and will also be able to access our ‘Knowledgebase’ of extra information that might help if you have a question regarding the training.
If your question is not answered here you may submit a ‘Ticket’ and one of the Karl Taylor Team will get back to you.
Is there a discount for purchasing more than one DVD?
Yes. We have several deals running on our sites. (www.karltaylorphotography.co.uk/photography-tips-dvds.htm). We cannot offer any other deals for different combinations of DVDs. The deals that are on display on our sites are the only deals we have available.
Can I buy your camera strap separately?
Unfortunately no, our camera strap is only available when bought as part of a deal on our site.
When will I receive my test paper?
If you have purchased one of our deals that includes a test paper, it will be sent to you 6 months after placing your order. This is to give you time to watch all of the DVDs, digest the information and put what you have learnt into practice before taking the test. Once you have taken the test paper you will be sent a certificate with your score on it.
Does my certificate come framed?
Unfortunately no. The certificate will be sent on its own.
How does the portfolio review work?
The portfolio reviews take place over skype at a scheduled time to suit both the client (you) and Karl. You must have skype to be able to take part in a portfolio review. Six images are to be sent in advance to this so that Karl and his associates have time to review the images before the skype conversation. The portfolio review on skype will last 30 minutes.
Will the DVD play in my region and what format is it?
We produce our DVDs region free so they are not restricted. We also produce our DVDs in the NTSC format for North America, Japan and the Philippines and in PAL format suitable for the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and most of Asia. Prior to shipping we check the requested destination of the order and ship the correct format as necessary so you don’t need to worry about it.
The wrong amount seems to be deducted from my account for my order.
Please order from the correct website. We have a UK site and a USA site. Prices on our UK website are in GB Pounds sterling (£) and prices on our USA site are in US Dollars ($).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
1) Online using our secure checkout using a debit or credit card
2) Over the phone using a debit or credit card
3) Through paypal either by using a debit or credit card or sending an echeque
4) A cheque in the post (please note cheques have to clear before we will send out the order)
I'm afraid that we can not accept bank transfers or COD.
Can you offer any deals on the Karl Taylor Photography Apps available through the App Store?
Unfortunately we cannot offer any deals on the Apps as they are run by a partner company.
If I buy the DVDs, can I get the Apps for free to download too?
Unfortunately not, the Apps are run by a different company and not by ourselves directly. If you would like the Apps and the DVDs they would have to be purchased separately.
What language are the DVDs available in?
All our DVDs are available in English only. We are currently looking at the possibility of adding subtitles for other languages in the future.
How do I enter the competitions?
If you are a subscriber or a customer you can enter our monthly competitions by following the instructions on our competitions page. Please click here for our photography competitions website. If you are already a subscriber or customer you do not need to enter your details again. Only subscribers or customers entries are accepted and only if they follow the guidelines on our competitions page. Entries emailed to any of our alternative email addresses will not be accepted.

Help with the online Photo Micro-Course
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide one-to-one IT support, however if you are experiencing problems with our free online training, below is a checklist of solutions to questions subscribers have raised in the past.
Subscribers: If you are a subscriber you instantly gain access to our full 14 lesson photography micro-course. You will also be able to view the first bonus video. We will then send you an email, one a day for 12 days, from the date of your subscription. Each email unlocking a subsequent bonus video.

I have subscribed but why didn't I receive a confirmation email?
Unfortunately, in a digital World plagued by SPAM, emails can frequently be blocked by servers or anti-spam software. Our confirmation emails should arrive within a few minutes of you filling out any of our web site forms, however if they do not arrive into your inbox, here are a couple of solutions.
Solution 1: If nothing arrives then please check your Anti-spam / Junk folder where you will hopefully find our correspondence. If you find our email in your Junk folder it might be worth while adding our address to your safe senders list. This should hopefully stop you missing links to further Bonus Videos.
Solution 2: If you are still having trouble locating our email then there is a good chance the message was blocked by your server. There is not a great deal we can do to help you here unfortunately.If this is the case, do not despair! A great work around to ensure you don't miss out on any photography training is to set-up a FREE email address with someone like Google (mail.google.com/mail/signup) or try MSN Hotmail (www.hotmail.com).
Once you have a new address, simply sign-up again. Good luck!
Why do the photography lesson downloads not open on my computer?
We use Adobe PDF files for downloadable lessons. These lessons can be viewed through your browser or downloaded directly to your computer for future reference.
If you are having trouble viewing the files, please check you have the latest Adobe Reader Plug-in installed for your computer / internet browser. You can download it here: (get.adobe.com/reader/)
Why are the online video lessons are not playing on my computer?
We invest heavily into an industry standard fast video streaming service to ensure our video training material arrives smoothly to your desktop. Below is a checklist of possible solutions to get your training back online:
Is your broadband network too busy? It can be very frustrating if you have managed to watch videos in the past but for some reason they have stopped working. Sometimes, if there are lots of people online, broadband supplier networks can slow down (i.e. weekends, evenings etc). If your videos have stopped playing in the browser, it might be worth taking a break and trying again later.
Have you downloaded Adobe Flash Player?
Solution 1: Flash Player is used to play our videos through your browser, so the first thing to do is check your browser has this plug-in installed.
This really useful link will tell you about the settings on your current Internet browser (SupportDetails.com). If required, you can get Flash player here: (get.adobe.com/flashplayer/). It is only a small file and downloads nice and quickly.
Solution 2: Sometimes our subscribers find that everything is installed correctly but for some reason, the videos still do not play. In these rare cases, I would recommend experimenting on a different browser. A few of the most reputable browsers are FREE to download. (i.e. Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Google Chrome)
Solution 3: If you are still having problems, it might be down to your virus software or office network. In these cases we can only recommend trying a different computer.
